Changing the look of my blog
The layout theme is Picture Window Shade with orange as the main colour theme.
I wanted a look that reflected the course or topic so I selected a picture of books. The first one I selected had a blue background and I selected a blue theme. After doing a few posts I decided it was too much blue so I had another look at the images and found the one I am using now.
It has an orange background so I selected a theme that had those colours and tinkered with some of the individual elements to get an overall design I was happy with. I think the colours are warm, easy to read and standout from the background.
